An English made reproduction of an antique apprentice piece
Good antique detail throughout
The veneer is bur oak to the draw front and fall front. It stands on typical Queen Anne style bracket feet. The interior is of fine period detail with four small drawers, and a well compartment found in the period of the early 18th century. The fall front is fitted with a working brass lock and key.
The drawers are hand dovetailed and finished as old oak, as with the back, bottom and interior.
It is French polished to a distressed antique finish.
It measures 14" x 12" x 6 1/2"
