A Georgian chest of three drawers in mahogany
Good antique detail throughout
The top is figured mahogany veneer with an astragal moulding to the edge typical of the late 18th century period. The drawers are veneered the same in figured mahogany veneer and a fine cock bead. It stands on shaped French style flat bracket feet with a repeat of the same astragal beading inset below the drawer line. .
The drawers are hand dovetailed and finished as old oak, as with the back, bottom and interior.
It is French polished to a distressed antique finish.
