Georgian Bureau in Mahogany
Description
Georgian bureau in mahogany
A miniature reproduction of a Georgian bureau. It piece of very fine detail throughout. Made in mahogany, standing on a shaped arpron front, the drawers are all hand dovetailed and finished in oak. The fronts are cockbeaded in the tradition method. The interior stationary nest of shaped drawers and shaped decoration to the partitions and split turnings further adding to the detail is rarely found in an example of this scale. It is hand french polished and in keeping with the appearence of the genuine antique.
It measures approx. 12"x 9"x 8".
